Menu Planning 2

These menus are a little different from the previous page: for these I looked up vintage restaurant menus (mostly from the NYPL "What's On The Menu?"), decided what I would order off of them, then cross-referenced with contemporaneous cookbooks. I've tried to stay away from too complicated or difficult-to-recreate recipes, but your milage may vary!

Oh, and I've also tabulated the costs of most of these meals, and converted them to 2024 dollars using an online inflation calculator.
