What is it?
A martial arts anime, following the exploits of reformed mercenary android Theta, as she attempts to curtail the evil deeds of the Androi Corp. which created her. She is assisted by a small island abbey of Techno Nuns—who teach her their secret Nun-Fu—and a very attractive orphaned mechanic, who helps upgrade her with cool built-in weapons. The cute animal sidekick is a Frisian cow.

How far I got
Main characters mapped out and designed, broad plot outline for several seasons, general ideas for a couple fight scenes.
What would it take to finish it?
An extreme act of Providence.
Or, if we shift our expectations downwards and settle for a martial arts comic, a co-collaborator with the skill and experience necessary to draw a martial arts comic. So a significant act of Providence.
